An existing client Compass Claims wanted to launch a new brand aimed at the general public, while there current site and brand was doing the job well in the industry for business referrals, they just wanted something different for the client.

They had created a brand ‘itwasntmyfault’ and needed a new website to go with it. The general brief was to stick to the same guidelines as the Compass Claims site but create something the public could relate to, something easy to navigate and mobile friendly.
