GIA is a multi-disciplinary practice committed to the full integration of interior design, architecture and project management. Operating both nationally and internationally for major operators in the leisure, retail and hotel sectors.
They approached me with a need to improve their online presence. Although they liked the new website (www.gia.co.uk) they had created recently with another agency, they felt they needed to be more proactive online.
After sitting down to discuss their requirements I suggested creating a GIA Projects site (www.giaprojects.co.uk) they were happy with this initial idea and it was put into place.
We then extended the idea into their email marketing campaigns replacing their old style newsletter with case studies on each project, sent out monthly and linking to the gallery site we had created. This seems to be working well for them and allowing them to showcase the different skills and knowledge that some clients may not have been aware of.
